How do I restore my subscription?
Open Scanly → Settings → "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Scanly → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

The camera won't scan.
Go to iOS Settings → Scanly → enable Camera access. Make sure the code is well lit and in frame.

Is my data private?
Yes — scanning and QR creation happen entirely on your device and are never uploaded. See our Privacy Policy.

What is Safe Scan?
Safe Scan checks links on your device and warns you about potentially unsafe ones before you open them. It's a best‑effort safeguard, not a guarantee.
