By downloading or using Scanly ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use Scanly on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non‑commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Safe Scan disclaimer

Safe Scan provides best‑effort, on‑device warnings about potentially unsafe links and is provided "as is" without warranty. It does not guarantee that any link is safe or unsafe. You are responsible for your own decisions when opening links or connecting to networks.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
